Course Description	This course is taken under the guidance of the student's academic advisor, but may involve teaching and learning from a wide variety of sources. The program of study and/or research is approved by the PhB Convener on the recommendation of the academic advisor of the student. The sources include but are not limited to: Involvement in current research at the University or organisation external to ANU, Special research projects from both the Faculties, Research Schools and the Emeritus Faculty of the ANU, Special lecture courses, Integrated, cross-disciplinary offerings which could involve another Faculty as well as the Faculty of Asian Studies, Reading courses / literature reviews, If applicable, specially designed courses of field work or laboratory work, and Seminars to staff and students
