Course Description

The precise content of this course varies from year to year, but it examines an emerging issue in economics and government from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Topics vary with the interests of academic visitors to the Crawford School. The aim is to bring students face to face with experts who have substantial practical experience with economics, environmental issues or government.

Learning Outcomes A deeper understanding of a current theoretical or policy issue in Economics and Government.
Indicative Assessment 2 classroom presentations written up as short reports, 750 words each (10% each), long essay or project proposal, 1000 words (20%); long essay or project, 4000 words (60%).
