| Course Description |
A key element of the new Certificate of Commerialisation program being introduced under the Commercialisation Training Scheme (CTS) is legal aspects of commercialisation. This introductory course is based on the Engineering Law course ENGN4611 with greater emphasis on IP and contractual law issues. |
