Course Description

Objectives: The student will work as an intern or trainee in an approved scheme. Details will vary.

Content: One approved traineeship is working as an Associate to a judge of the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The primary duties of the trainee will be to assist Members of the Court in their tasts, including carrying out research, preparing case files, and drafting various types of documents. Indicative Assessment 6,000 - 8,000 word report based on the internship marked by a member of the staff of the ANU College of Law.
