This program is designed to provide a focused qualification in translation with both theoretical and practical components.
Prerequisites
Applicants for the Graduate Diploma in Translation Studies should have obtained a Bachelor degree from an approved tertiary education institution, with at least six Credit level grades (60% or better) in courses other than first year courses.
Students who are native speakers of English should have at least a major in another language, or equivalent. Students who are native speakers of other languages should have either completed their undergraduate study in English or meet the normal English language entry requirements of the ANU.
