| Course Description | This course aims to present the fundamental principles of project management and to consolidate these principles by requiring students to undertake a supervised project on an approved topic. It addresses the management of all types of projects, whether they are business-oriented, engineering, information systems or whatever, since many of the techniques used in managing these apparently different kinds of projects are in fact identical. Moreover, projects are group activities and their management is therefore inherently about working in and with groups. In light of this, a group approach is taken in the course. |
