| Course Description |
This course provides students with an appreciation of management accounting concepts related to the management functions of decision making, planning and control. The course introduces a range of management accounting tools, including variance analysis, contibution margin analysis, activity analysis, cost of quality analysis, and cost estimation using regression analysis. Students are introduced to the application of management accounting tools for budgetry control pricing and transfer pricing, cost allocation, performance evaluation and quality control.
