| Course Description |
The course will include the same syllabus as Microeconomics 2(P) with treatment in greater depth of some of the pass course material and the discussion of some more advanced topics based on recent developments in microeconomics, including game theory and the economics of uncertainty and asymmetric information. |
| Indicative Assessment |
Candidates are required to complete all assignments and examinations prescribed for the pass course. In addition, candidates are required to complete several assignments and to take an end- of-semester examination based upon the subject matter of the honours classes. |
| Workload |
Lectures as for the pass course, together with an additional honours class per week. This course is designed to present more advanced microeconomic analysis to high-performing students who might be considering going on to take an Honours degree. |
