Course Description	History Honours consists of: (a) History 4A, a research thesis of 16,000 words on an approved topic; students will give at least one seminar on their topic. (b) History 4B, a special course involving intensive reading, weekly tutorials and the presentation of essays. (c) History 4C, a special course involving intensive reading, weekly tutorials and the presentation of written essays.
Indicative Assessment	History 4A - 16,000 word thesis (50%), History 4B (25%), History 4C (25%).
Workload	2 years part time.
