Course Description	Objectives This course is designed to give students an overview of the current ways commercial disputes are resolved and to introduce them to new processes and approaches now being utilised by lawyers, government and business. Content The topics to be covered include: an overview of commercial disputes and their resolution in Australia and elsewhere complex processes specially developed to resolve multi-party multi-issue disputes current initiatives in government and the private sector to utilise alternative processes recent research into disputes involving small businesses current issues and trends.
