The primary objective for courses within the Master of Military Law (or Master of Laws) in Advanced Military Law is to provide tuition in the laws that are applicable to the Department of Defence at the advanced level. ADF Legal Officers who have completed a Masters course are expected to have:

This course aims to provide ADF Legal Officers' Special Career Structure (LOSCR) with the military administrative law component of Legal Training Module 3. This is the educational requirement for ADF Legal Officers to qualify for legal competency level LL4 under the LOSCR approved by the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal. |
