| Course Description |
Objectives: This course is designed primarily for those students who have completed the Treasury course at the appropriate level and wish to continue into the Masters or Graduate Diploma in Government and Commercial Law. Completing this course together with the Treasury course will equip students with the knowledge and skills to enable them to enrol in the other more specialist courses in government and commercial law. Content: The following topics will be covered:
Students are required to attend the final day of LAWS8153 Introduction to Legal Reasoning and Research. |
