The Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice is a practical legal training program which together with the LLB or JD qualifies students for admission to legal practice.

Admission Requirements

Admission to the program is available to persons who have been admitted to, or who successfully completed the program of study for:
(a) the degree of Bachelor of Laws, or an equivalent degree at an Australian tertiary education institution approved by the Prescribed Authority or
(b) subject to the approval of the Prescribed Authority completion of at least 12 Law courses of a degree under paragraph (a); or
(c) a law degree at an overseas university; or
(d) the Legal Practitioners Admission Board (New South Wales)
