Graduates will understand the issues involved in the coordination of economic policies at national and international levels. Core components of the program include the analysis and evaluation of public policies from the perspective of companies and consumers and their effects on the welfare of society as a whole. Courses also cover analysis of the interaction between political and economic forces that determine monetary and fiscal policies set by governments.
A two-year full-time program, which incorporates the Graduate Diploma in Economic Policy, is available for students who do not have a strong academic background in economics.
