For legal practitioners and those interested in legal research, the program will expand their expertise in a fast-changing area of law which is of increasing importance to legal practice and is of increasing theoretical interest. The program will strengthen their legal knowledge as well as their capacity to advise on practical questions of licensing and promotion of innovation. Students must hold a bachelors degree in law.
The general (non-specialist) courses are designed to allow maximum flexibility in the choice of courses so that students may construct a program to their individual requirements.
