This program will educate science/engineering/technology graduates in modern aspects of computing in a way that will provide a route for them into the Information Technology (IT) industry. It will also provide them with a foundation to do more advanced study in an IT discipline.
Admission Requirements
An undergraduate science degree with an equivalent to a good credit average at ANU in the third year, as well as a good pass for some university-level mathematics. A bridging mathematics course may be recommended. Students without these prerequisites, but with an equivalent
combination of study and relevant work experience, may be admitted by the Dean on the advice of the Program Convenor.
All students who have completed the Master of Information Technology Studies are eligible for associate membership with the Australian Computer Society.
