Entry Requirements

The requirements for entry into single Honours in Political Science are: 

1. Completion of the requirements of a Bachelor pass degree in an Arts area. 

2. Completion of 10 courses from the Political Science major (60 units), including:

i. a maximum of two first year courses (12 units), and

ii. any core and compulsory courses required for completion of the Political Science major.

3. Normally a Distinction (70%) average in required later year (2000-3000 level) courses.

POLS4005P  Political Science IV Honours (part time)

Combined Honours

The requirements for entry into combined Honours in Political Science are: 

1. Completion of the requirements of a Bachelor pass degree in an Arts area. 

2. Completion of 8 courses from the Political Science major (48 units), including:

i. a maximum of two first year courses (12 units), and

ii. any core and compulsory courses required for completion of the Political Science major.

3. Normall a Distinction (70%) average in all required later year (2000-3000 level) courses.
