The minor in Business Law and Professional Ethics involves studies in law and ethics that complement studies of a suite of business disciplines, including the Accounting field.

 

Prerequisites

Some courses on this minor have BUSN2015 Management Accounting as a prerequisite. Howevever, completion of BUSN2015 is not required to complete this major.

 

Requirements

This minor requires the completion of 24 units, which must include:

12 units from completion of the following compulsory courses:

BUSN1101 Introduction to Commercial Law

BUSN2101 Law of Business Entities

12 units from completion of core courses from the following list:

BUSN3002 Auditing

BUSN3014 Principles of Taxation Law

MGMT3016 Business Ethics
