| Course Description |
Enameling 1 introduces basic enameling processes and conceptual constrains. Access to the program of studio theory is offered to examine the historical and contemporary contexts of enameling. Occupational health and safety instruction is an integral part of this course. |

Portfolio of studio work (80%) [LOs 1, 2, 4] Journal/Documentation/Studio Theory presentation (20%). [LOs 1 and 3] Assessment includes periodic critique and review sessions that provide ongoing feedback on work in progress. |
| Workload |
4 hours per week lectures, tutorials, critiques and supervised studio practice and in excess of 4 hours per week independent studio practice. |
