| Course Description |
An individual course of readings on a topic identified by the student in consultation with the coordinator. The focus will be English language but students with particular Asian language skills will be encouraged to use them where possible. Weekly meetings to discuss material covered will be on a one-to-one basis. In first semester 2012, a special topic 'Introductory Mongolian' will be offered by Indiana University's Center for Languages of the Central Asian Region and delivered by videoconference to the ANU.
