| Course Description |
This course provides customised opportunities to capitalise on the current teaching and research being conducted in the College of Science, including by visiting scholars, by students either undertaking a supervised research project or attending a series of graduate lectures |

On satisfying the requirements of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills to engage with a specific area of chemistry in the context of theoretical and/or laboratory-based research. |

65 hours of theoretical and/or lab based research and 65 hours of independent learning - if taken as a 6 unit course. |

Students must have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent with a major in chemistry wirh relevant experience or honours. applicants withthe equivalent of a pass degree may be admitted if they have a high level of relevant academic achievement. |
