| Course Description |
This course provides an overview of the principles, theories and practices of human resource management (HRM) and the linkage between HRM and business strategy. Specific topics include the strategic role of HRM, recruitment and selection, learning and career development, employee motivation and reward management, performance appraisal, diversity management, occupational health and safety, employment relations and International HRM. |
