| Course Description |
This course aims to further develop skills undertaken in Conducting 3 by music students in enhanced disciplines of orchestral conducting. The course will enhance the student's skills required to operate within existing orchestral resources. In the Australian context, the course will further hone managerial and efficiency skills. The course focus for Conducting 4 is on:

Portfolio Journal Assignment 1,000 words plus scrapbook compilation of materials gathered throughout the course (30%), Mid-Semester recitative assessment (30%), Participation (10%), and End of Semester performance examination (30%) |

Students undertake class instruction (average of one hour per week) plus relevant practical conducting experience. |
