Course Description

Students enrolled in the Master of Visual Culture Research may seek the approval of the program convenor to undertake an independent research project. The aim of the project is to allow students to apply the conceptual and methodological skills they have developed in the program to a particular research question or issue. Projects will be designed in conjunction with and supervised closely by appropriate experts. Students will be encouraged to incorporate conceptual and practical skills , and to create  products in which visual or digital methods are integral. 

Indicative Assessment

Individually designed package usually incorporating a critical essay and  other visual-based component.   (100%)

Weekly supervisory meetings and tuition as required
