This is a new degree commencing in Semester 1, 2013
The Graduate Certificate in History provides graduates either with or without a previous background in history the opportunity to undertake formal coursework study in the discipline. It is an entry-level qualification that can serve as a qualification in itself, or as a pathway to further graduate study in history eventually leading to a research degree. Students undertaking the Graduate Certificate in History are normally required to have at least a three year Bachelor's degree.
Admission Requirements
Applicants should have a three year Bachelor degree from an Australian tertiary institution or its international equivalent. Applicants without a first degree, but with relevant professional experience and appropriate prior learning, will be eligible for admission into the Graduate Certificate in History.
