Degree Structure

The program consists of 36 units, including 30 units of compulsory courses and one elective course (6 units):

Compulsory courses (6 units each)

• IDEC8003 Issues in Development Policy
• IDEC8015 Mathematical Methods in Applied Economics
• IDEC8016 Microeconomic Analysis and Policy
• IDEC8002 Macroeconomic Analysis and Policy
• IDEC8017 Econometric Techniques

Elective courses

• IDEC8001 Applied Economics: Cost/Benefit Analysis   or other elective course approved by the Program Director.
