| Course Description |
In Digital Media 6: Hybrid Digital Practice higher level skills, techniques, processes and occupational health and safety principles are increasingly developed. Critical thinking and creative problem solving are encouraged and applied to individual projects. Studio theory contextualizes student study within the broader arts context. Instruction through project-based studio work encourages an integration of digital media practice with growing conceptual investigation. Studio theory increasingly serves to contextualize student study within the broader arts context. |

Portfolio of studio work (80%) [Learning Outcomes 1-4] Journal/Documentation/Studio Theory presentation (20%) [Learning Outcomes 2-4] Assessment includes periodic critique and review sessions that provide ongoing feedback on work in progress. |

6 hours per week lectures, tutorials, critiques and supervised studio practice and 2 hours per week independent studio practice. |

Digital Media 4 is a pre-requisite, Digital Media 5 is a corequisite. |
