Elective Courses (1 course, 6 units)
One elective course relevant to the study of international trade and economic relations is to be chosen from the list of graduate courses offered by the ANU College of Business and Economics (CBE) and the Crawford School of Economics and Government . A range of elective is shown under the tab 'Summary of Courses', together with information about which semester the course is currently offered. These courses are available as electives only if not previously taken.
In some cases the elective courses are subject to prerequisites. Not all the elective courses may be offered in any particular semester or year. Students should check the particular course homepage for details.
Students may seek approval to include as electives, courses from graduate coursework programs offered elsewhere in the University.
Progression
Students who complete the Graduate Diploma in International Trade and Economic Relations with an average grade of 70% are eligible to progress to the Master of International Trade and Economic Relations program. Other masters degree programs in related fields are also available to those successfully completing the Graduate Diploma.
