Program Requirements

The program is of 12 months duration (two semesters) comprising 48 units of coursework (eight x 6 unit courses).

• There are two compulsory core courses totalling 12 units.
• Two language courses (6000 series) (6 units each;  total 12 units) selected from Faculty of Asian Studies language offering at a level based on placement testing.
  
• Four electives (6 units each;  total 24 units).

Of the 36 units in the language and elective elements of the degree, at least 24 units must be graduate level courses (6000 series or higher).
