Learning Outcomes	By the end of this course you should be able to: demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of introduced workshop processes, procedures, languages and equipment work in an exploratory fashion with a range of introduced workshop materials identify relevant historical/theoretical issues show familiarity with research methodologies show awareness of personal and shared responsibilities of the artist regarding OH & S requirements and procedures and studio management
Indicative Assessment	Portfolio of studio work (80%) and Journal/Documentation/Studio Theory presentation (20%). Assessment includes periodic critique and review sessions that provide ongoing feedback on work in progress.
Workload	12 hours per week lectures, tutorials, critiques and supervised studio practice and 6 hours per week independent studio practice.
