| Course Description |
The purpose of this course is to examine how we make decisions. Since our decisions are intricately tied to our beliefs, the course will also examine how we form beliefs. Particular attention will be paid to why we often hold erroneous and questionable beliefs and make faulty decisions. As a consequence, the course should enhance our critical thinking and decision making skills. |

Upon completion of this course you should be more aware, and have a better understanding, of factors impacting on decision making processes. You should gain an appreciation of concepts such as:
