| Course Description |
Synthesis, structure and bonding, properties and reactivity of main group organometallics (including Grignard reagents, organolithium reagents, organophosphorus compounds, etc). Organotransition metal chemistry and organometallic catalysis. |

On satisfying the requirements of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills to: 1. Explain and rationalize the synthesis, structure, bonding, properties and reactivity of both main group and transition metal organyls |
