Course Description
  The course will provide students with a chemical background for understanding medicinal and bioorganic chemistry.

The possible topics covered will include:

Bio-organic chemistry            

  • biochemical and biomimetic synthesis of important molecules
  • natural products chemistry
  • enzyme mechanisms
  • regulation of biochemical processes
  • pharmaceutical development
