Course Description

Students are required to conduct a substantial individual research project under academic supervision, with a formal thesis being submitted and presentation of a seminar. 

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the research project, the student will be able to:

  1. Prepare and present a short technical seminar.
  2. Write a literature survey.
  3. Undertake and complete a research project under supervision.
  4. Write a thesis describing the results of research work.
Indicative Assessment

Presentation: 10%, Thesis: 90%

Annual Course. Student enrol in Semester 1 and Semester 2. No formal contact is required in this course.
