Course Description

As for the pass course, together with more advanced topics in the same field.  Readings and course material will be drawn from the scholarly literature, primarily journal articles. 

Indicative Assessment

A 1-hour in-term examination, and a 3-hour final examination. 

Workload

Lectures and tutorials as for the pass course, together with additional classes as may be required throughout the semester.
