| Course Description |
Syllabus: (a) Reading selections from modern Hindi literature, including newspaper and magazine articles Placements will be subject to availability and security assessment. Participants are advised that due to circumstances beyond the University's control (for example: the onset of specific international security concerns, or international health crises) it may not be possible for this program to run or it may be terminated at short notice or without notice. STUDENTS ENTER THIS PROGRAM AT THEIR OWN RISK. |

Oral and Written tests (50 per cent), Essay in Hindi (50 per cent). |
| Workload |
Contact Hours: Three hours of lectures in the morning and workshop sessions in the afternoon five days per week in a city in northern India. The course will be held in January and February for a period of six weeks. Emphasis is on improvement of conversational skills in Hindi. |
