| Course Description |
Course Description/Objectives:
The objective of the course is to convey not only an understanding of the current state of authority on key issues in interpreting the Constitution, but also an understanding of the broad issues which affect the interpretation of the Constitution over time. |

| Requisite Statement |
Students who have completed an LLB prior to enrolling in the Program must have completed an undergraduate course in the principles of Constitutional Law. All other students must complete Introduction to Legal Reasoning and Research (non-lawyers); Fundamentals of Government and Commercial Law (non-lawyers). |
