While its focus will be on Australia, it will include some comparative material, drawn especially from the United States of America, Great Britain and New Zealand.

Contents:

The topics to be covered will cross the full spectrum of environmental law. They will include questions of urban planning, forest protection, energy generation (especially hydro-electricity and nuclear power), cruelty to animals, wildlife protection, mining, pollution control and heritage protection.
