| Course Description |
Objectives: Content:
Trade documentation will be analysed including bills of lading and letters of credit, the UNIDROIT principles for international commercial contracts and the Convention on the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention). Associated international conventions and treaties are examined. The course assesses dispute resolution in international contracts, including transnational commercial arbitration and litigation and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments. |
