| Course Description |
Managerial effectiveness requires competencies ranging from quantitative analysis through to self management, communication and teamwork skills and leadership. |
| Learning Outcomes |
The course recognises that managerial effectiveness requires competencies ranging from problem solving through to self management, communication, teamwork and leading change. Management students need to develop these competencies, not just for their post-degree careers, but to get the most value from the degree program itself. The course will focus on assessing, understanding and strengthening/developing these key leadership skills. |
