| Course Description |
The course is designed for the participants who are interested or involved in the commercialisation of technology from universities and other public sector research organisations. The course provides an understanding of the significance of direct technology transfers from public sector research organisations to the overall processes of innovation, and of the most frequent obstacles to effective commercialization, a set of frameworks for addressing the key management dimensions of commercialization, an identification of the types of skill and knowledge likely to be required for commercialization, and knowledge of where to seek further information and assistance. |
