The Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics provides an introduction to the basic practice of applied statistics. It may be used as a bridging qualification for entry to the Master of Applied Statistics degree for those without previous advanced study in a quantitative field.

Admission Requirements
- A bachelors degree from an Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) with a performance average of 65% or better (or equivalent) for the final two years of their degree program; and
- Background quantitative study equivalent to at least one year of university level study in quantitative analysis, including basic mathematics and data analysis techniques.
