| Course Description |
The course will examine aspects of Australian painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography and the applied arts from a methodological perspective. It will raise questions concerning the analysis of Australian art by art historians and art critics and will suggest possible alternative readings of Australian art history within a broader international context. |
| Indicative Assessment |
1,000 word tutorial paper (25%), 2,000 word essay (40%), Visual test (25%) and Tutorial participation (10%). |
