| Course Description |
Digital Media 2 continues the introduction of basic skills, techniques and processes in digital media. Occupational health and safety instruction is covered along with an overview of the conceptual underpinnings of digital media. Instruction is through project-based studio work and a program of studio theory. |

Portfolio of studio work (80%) and Journal/Documentation/Studio Theory presentation (20%). Assessment includes periodic critique and review sessions that provide ongoing feedback on work in progress. |

8 hours per week lectures, tutorials, critiques and supervised studio practice and 4 hours per week independent studio practice. |
