| Course Description |
This course focuses on key issues associated with valuing Mergers AND Acquisitions (M&A) transactions for a firm. The focus of the course is the interaction of strategy, finance and valuation. The course looks at why companies pursue M&A and the impact it has on a firm. The course applies various valuation approaches to understand how M&A deals are structured and implemented in practice. |
