Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies/Bachelor of Visual Arts
The Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies component of the combined program offered by the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific requires the completion of 96 units, of which:
A maximum of 36 units can come from completion of 1000 level courses
A minimum of 60 units must come from completion of 2000 and 3000 level courses
The 96 units must include:
48 units from completion of a Language major (see approved major list for the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific) and
48 units from completion of a Contextual major (see approved major list for the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific)
The Bachelor of Visual Arts component of the combined program offered by the ANU College of Social Sciences requires the completion of 96 units, of which:
A maximum of 48 units can come from completion of 1000-level courses
A minimum of 48 units must come from completion of 2000 and 3000 level courses
The 96 units must include:
24 units from the completion of the following compulsory courses:
ARTV1020 - Figure & Life (6 units)
ARTV1021 - Image and Object (6 units)
ARTV1022 - Vision and Perception (6 units)
ARTV1032 - Foundation Computer Studies (6 units)
48 units from the completion of one workshop major
24 units from the completion of the Art Theory minor
