| Course Description |
This unit gives students exposure to project management in an operational context. Students undertake a semester long project planning assignment. By the end of the course, students will be able to demonstrate their ability to plan the following aspects of project management: Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management, and Project Procurement Management. |
